Our matcha comes from a small family farm, using only first harvest leaves for the highest quality. Grown in mineral-rich soil and the misty hills of Uji, each leaf is carefully shade-grown and hand-harvested, resulting in deep, creamy notes in every sip.

Uji matcha is celebrated for its rich umami, smooth sweetness, and vibrant green color - a true reflection of its terroir and tradition.
